		<description>In photo #3, I believe my friend lives in the building on the right.  He would really get a kick out of making this list.  Is this in Chang-an, Dongguan?  

I know it's real long shot, there's loads of such building tops.  But if so, Bob is probably out on the porch having a beer right now.
